1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of virtual currency ("Credits") made through Trading Tazos Game (tradingtazosgame.com). By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
2. Digital Products
Credits are digital virtual currency for use within Trading Tazos Game. They have no cash value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for real money. Credits are not a financial instrument, cryptocurrency, or investment.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, this right expires once the digital content is fully delivered. Since Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase, by completing a purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon delivery.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances: (a) Unauthorized transaction: If your account was used without your permission. (b) Technical error: If you were charged but did not receive your Credits. (c) Duplicate charge: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Credits are generally non-refundable in these situations: (a) You changed your mind after receiving the Credits. (b) You already spent the Credits in-game. (c) You were banned or suspended for violating our Terms of Service. (d) The purchase was made more than 14 days ago.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@tradingtazosgame.com with: your account email, the purchase date, the amount, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
8. Price Changes
Prices for Credit packages may change at any time. Purchases made before a price change are not eligible for partial refunds or credits for the difference.
